Someone for the love of god please add a [horror] tag here. I love this novel for the depth of its characters, but holy- I LOVE the dynamics going on here. The premise of the story already gives away the tone, but the execution is fantastic- the way the MC himself isn't a reliable narrator without it being too obnoxious, and how eventually it's the main character, Jeong-woo, who needs the help of the protagonists from our not-so-sane ML. One other thing I appreciate is how our MC wears his heart on his sleeve- he's not so tender a person, but when he's forced to face his real feelings, the way he needs to give himself time and the consequent, immediate impact it has on him is stellar writing.RUNNNN JEONG WOO RUNNNN
