Awesome base-building, survival, video game powers, kind of story. MC starts restricted to his apartment, but is able to grow his powers and become something of a genus loci supporting an entire community. Leans more towards positive rather than dark, but it isn't without tension. I do wish there was more description of the side characters so I could picture them in my head/remember which one is which. 5/5 because I enjoy it a lot. Instead of leaving a proper review I'm going to talk about the translation of the title instead, though with the warning that I don't speak Korean so I could be inaccurate. The title machine translated is "Absolute person in every corner". Wondering wtf that even meant I did some googling, and from my understanding it's probably means something like someone having absolute control within the entire home. The "absolute" refers to a person like "absolute being". 집구석 Is literally "house corner" but also seems to refer to the space that's within a house. So, a translation of the title that makes sense could be Absolute Within the Dwelling. "Absolute" being used to describe the implied subject, "dwelling" because it's general since 집 can refer to singular or plural amounts of houses or apartments, and "within" implying the entire inside - A Japanese-style title equivalent could be "As Long as it's Within the Dwelling, I am Absolute." The title used by the translator, "Absolute Dweller", is a pretty good one all things considered. So yeah translation is fun.
