I have never written a review before, so I apologize if this sounds awkward. I simply need to give this novel the justice it deserves.If I'm being honest, the novel starts out with a twist on a common cliche. More cliches are added overtime to the point where, if not for the twist, this would be no different from a generic, forgettable isekai. But there's something that makes this one special.I have not arrived at the end of the novel, nor am I particularly fond of the general beginning. However, if you make it past the somewhat overused elements with a sad twist, you will be heavily rewarded for your patience. Today was the first day I have shed an unironic or forced tear while reading or watching any media at all. As I said, I have not finished this novel, but, even so, this moment alone leaves me no choice to leave this novel a five star review.To you, Mr. Author, I give my respect.
