well, what happened to Fu Yin in the past was similar to what happened to MC in past life and what happened to ml's grandmother in both life, the different is Fu Yin wasn't the main wife but the secret little lover. In summary, Fu Yin's ex-husband married another woman to use her family's power to help him size the title he's now occupied. After he successfully size the tiltle, he took Fu Yin in to dote on. Fu Yin had to fight a backyard war and he didn't like it so he ran away. Which is good for him! What his ex-husband did is the same as what Qin Yunshen did to MC in last life and what previous emperor did to ml's grandmother in both life. Such a man couldn't be a good husband for anyone. But the narrative seem to hint that MC will help Fu Yin and Fu Yunxi snatch that title from the son of ex-husband's main wife and will romanticise what ex-husband did for Fu Yin which left a bitter taste in my mouth. I mean, MC, you and your boyfriend also were the victim of Shen Qian and previous emperor's secret lover. Look as how much harm those kine of deception inflict on you and your boyfriend. You used to be disgusted of that kind of deception so much but now you want to help Fu Yin to be the same as those two?? Why?? Since the only thing keep me continue reading was the plot but now, out of nowhere, the plot going in the direction that used to be the thing that MC had been against with for all these time. It's like a straw that breaks the camel's back and I lose the last bit of interest in the story completely.
