Good world building and plot, but I don't like this novel.I got attracted to the premise of "Overpowered Protagonist", 【All Things In Creation 《World Ruler》】sounds cool, right? But as of the first volume, the MC's cheat is extremely weak. All the world building only serves to weaken the cheat further. The Identify aspect of the cheat only worth 1~2 stars. The Copy Skill aspect is weaken by the fact that strong people are strong and experienced even without their skills; while the copied skill doesn't give the MC the trained experience, he is still Beginner (not even Jack) of Some (not All) Trades. And the "Omniscience" aspect (?) only shows up once when the MC suddenly knows how to cure Petrification and doesn't activate in similar situation, a proof that the author didn't even have a concrete idea as to what the cheat does and slightly changed/developed it along the way.
