A slightly above average story.Pros:- MC has strong morals and character- The countries and people that MC meets along his travels are well fleshed out, so you get a real sense of adventure-Supporting characters are well developedCons:-MC is too perfect, talented and capable, never relies on anyone for help. Makes it hard to empathize with him-The author's style of writing is.... not the best. Has too much of a tendency to overexplain things. Basically has a structure where Character says 1 line, followed by multiple lines of explanation from the author (explaining Character's thoughts and/or story exposition), then 1 line from the Character, then explanation, rinse, repeat. It makes for a very dull and detached story. Granted, there are also times where the author stays out of the way and it's mostly just the characters talking. Those times are when the story is at its best.
