Not too bad I say. My impression is sth btw Pleasing Start-Over (3⭐ in quality) and BOSS Transmigrates as a Little Cutie (4.5⭐ in story). So this one's around 3.7 so round up to 4⭐ for me. First arc gives bad impression with its abruptness, let's it just be an intro as to how soul stirring MC and ML's attraction to each other is, even without knowing much about the other.Yes, they've known each other before and have some back story.MC admits that he really loves ML (as in deeper every world, he has moments when he struggle with himself whether to continue this rlts, but decided to lives in the present, comes as it maybe) even if this 'love' seems like it came out of nowhere, but not enough to the point of giving up his vengeance against Heaven, an actual god who even seem to have bad taste/hobby, in control of the law and order of Heaven. The guy is... Really, truly want to know? an ancient god high up in the authority, God of Creation, the side couple and Heaven are also ancient gods and his subordinates. Though imo Heaven doesn't seem very much respectful and loyal to ML unlike the other two or three, a psychopath even.
