One Planet for Everyone! Building Science and Technology Civilization at the Beginning Chapter 260 Discussion

I really like the overall story, but I think my true rating of this is closer to 3.5 out 5. Good, but you either need special interests, the right mindset, or some suspension of disbelief to make it through.

Weird suspension of disbelief thing... absolutely no one in the real world or subworlds knows about gun powder so far. Yet they have flying cars and what seems to be space travel? The flying cars can be handwaviumed with the interesting plot point that things can be put into or taken out of a world.

Pacing concern with the current arc where it just takes too long to get back to the MC's battles. There was a whole lot of people introduced for no real reason. Seems like it has picked up since the battles have begun though.

Lastly a rant against this fake society... this test is basically pay to win under normal circumstances. Not effort, not study, just having friends, relatives, teachers, etc. directly give you things that you CANNOT normally have to gain a massive advantage in getting first place on a once in a lifetime test.

Bu Jing Yue for example is directly given a powerful item that is valued even by people with much more powerful planets, the only way to get that item is for someone who is at the 5th level to die and all the power absorb into it. Also, she uses items that simply do not exist on worlds below level 3.

Tang Qingqing was given a scroll that directly wiped out a wave that came from a much more advanced civilization.

In contrast the MC is an orphan with only the resources he can garner for himself. Yet EVERYONE looks down on him for having an ordinary civilization... even if he lost at the current wave the circumstances for his success versus everyone places him in a vastly different league in terms of his planets abilities.
