Yeah I had to drop this fic. Its not bad if you like to be stressed out constantly and never get that sweet release from coming down from the climax of an arc. So when you read this know our MC gets his face slapped over and over, while the main antagonists are left with little long term harm. Like the villains keep get little slaps on the wrists even after trying to mu*der the holy son and/or betraying the sect. (For real wtf) Its as if the author decided to make the most irritating work possible leaving nothing else worthy of substance to detract from this constant stream of BS. And it really shows when you take away the scenes with our MC being treated like a door mat.
