Lets Make A Story

OK so this thought just came to me, what if we, as a collective community made a short story together that includes all types of themes and styles. It'd be cool right? Well anyway I was thinking it could be that to participate you'd just have to go off what was previously commented. For example I could start with 'Once upon a time...' then the next comment would have to continue it, 'There was a girl who was.....' and so on. I don't know if this will work or not, but here goes the starting sentence. (oh yeah btw I might post this to general chat later to see the different story)
