Read from NU (whichever translator you like) then go *ahem* underground. Into the darkness. Oooo. So spooky.
Don't expect Novel Update to give you any chapter cause the "official translation" site locked it away, never to be opened again by any mere mortal. Chained by capitalism if you may.

Wait for Novel Updates...? Release That Witch has had a variety of different translators over the years, but the group that ultimately completed it was Webnovel. Only the first volume is free to read on Webnovel, and chapters after that will not be listed on Novel Updates, which only links to releases that are free to read online.
If you're going to wait for someone else to come along and re-translate the additional thousand or so chapters past the point Webnovel took over, you're going to be waiting until your hair is gray. If you're going to wait until Novel Updates starts linking to content that is not free, you're probably also going to be waiting until your hair is gray.
Bottom line, this is the only legitimate source of the completed translation available:
