Ok so hear me out. What if all isakai mc are just in a coma, and everything that happened is a dream and all authors are just waiting to end with a "Than he/she woke up" thing. The MCs most of the time either hate their life or is detached from the the world and they all want to escape reality, most are losers that can only dream of being anything more, and have some form of an accident before the "transport" to the next world. So instead of all of that fantasy stuff, what if they wake up half way through their "Adventure" because the medical field is advancing and doctors can wake coma patients now?

In one of my language, "isakai" means "I'm stupid" (in an uneducated way).

Isekai? Not in my language, but it does mean "transported to another world".

That's explain why isekai world have game system, adventure guild, SSS rank adventure (isekai language using English alphabet) and gacha and many more
