From what it seems like, no. I haven't finished reading yet but I'm 47/63 in and so far there hasn't been any signs of anyone being the ML... There was this boy she knew from church during her childhood that I thought might of been the ML, but after awhile it doesn't seem that way anymore. 

Any more spoilers about the ending? Pretty please...

I decided to read a bit of what's going on and it seems that after 20 years had passed, to no surprise, her appearance had not change at all. As soon as she got up, she immediately comes in contact with a boy she saved from the slums that became her servant. He trained himself and became familiar with poison in order to protect her. After telling her a bit about the heroines actions due to being a spy from another country, she regained bits and pieces of her past life memories of how this was one of her favorite otome games. She was still confused on how things didn't go the way they should have gone though, as in the usual happy end with the heroine getting with the prince and having children. She also has the power of light and wind. If I'm reading this right, it seems that only 4 people had the power of light, but all of them already died (this includes her though she was only in a coma). Not long after waking up, she flies towards the kingdom to find people rebelling against the king. The former king died while the new king is Vincent, the 3rd prince. 20 years ago when he was 7, he declared to the MC that he will become king and take her away from his brother. Also, it turns out though he's already king and should have already had children, he's still single. But due to his brothers actions towards the MC, as well as how the kingdom didn't give support to MC's family until now, he feels he's no longer qualified to be with her. He thanks her for being his first love, but he will not take her as his queen. That's all I've read so far.

Edit : Later in the chapters, the MC slowly captures each and one of the heroine's entourage that was involved with her poisoning and sends them to the gallows/jail for their crimes. She also gains 100 new fenrir's because they're all her fenrir's children and his wife...

Update : The heroine escaped to another country and became the crown prince's fiance after winning his heart with her "pureness". After the former fiance had her engagement abandoned, she was thrown into the black forest but was saved by MC. MC then offered her help on getting revenge against the heroine and the people surrounding her. From that moment, the girl's heart was swooned by MC. As they discuss, MC then also finds out that the heroine must be using something in order to keep her youthful appearance since the girl tells MC the heroine doesn't look over 30 at all. Later they find the crown prince who went lost at sea. The heroine betrayed him with her entourage so now he has a distrust for women (besides MC even though it wasn't MC who really saved him). 

Who did she end up with? Vincent or Lex?

Sad that the novel translation stopped at Ch 12.

As the translator said "I really hope someone better would pick up and continue this series, I do not have any objections and would be pleased to hand over this to someone that would give it care."

Wonder if anyone else is picking up the remaining chapters? I think there are 55 chapters in total + 1 epilogue.

@vsukio Did you happen to finish reading the series? I was very curious how it ended as your spoilers were the furthest I could get was Chapter 12 xD
