The cheap dad ordered people to make a long ladder to go down the cliff to find them/their body. The cheap dad, who actually knew there were two of them very early on, was quite fond of MC. He didn't really hate ML either even though ML imprisoned and mistreated him for two years. Anyway, YQ ran away with ML on his back and was stopped by the cheap dad. MC relied on the power from the stone to pull ML to his world. Modern medicine cured ML's blindness.

This story is pretty easy to MTL. There aren't many characters, drama or any complicated plot. It's basically fluff interspersed with doses of yandere. Although the yandere is off the chart, ML only goes full yandere on other people, not the MC. In front of MC, he's like a cinnamon bun.
Characters: Bai Fan (MC), Jin Rui (ML), Yin Nanhan (cheap dad), GongYi Bo (MC's online martial art buddy), Ying Qui (shadow guard)
The premise is that the MC always fell asleep at 8pm and woke up in ancient time only to return in the morning. At the start of the story, he was a college kid so there was 12 years of difference in age between him and the ML. As for ML, his mother was killed by his stepmom who often gave him a beating. ML's cheap dad never looked at him, totally ignoring his existence.
In the beginning, MC was always hungry when he woke up and ate whatever food he found in the place. ML was mad at first, thinking that some thief kept stealing his food. One day, ML was beaten so badly for stealing food from the kitchen and dragged his body back to the courtyard before passing out. MC came in this injured state and had to treat the wounds on his body. ML woke up, feeling very grateful of the thief who treated him and wrote him a few words, which started their communication. MC started learning traditional Chinese to talk to him better and also learnt how to cook the dandelion outside and unlock doors (to steal food better).
Their life improved when the cheap dad found out that he'd been wearing a green hat and that the son he'd been treating well wasn't his own. He took back ML and gave him medicine bath and got teachers to teach him martial arts, painting, caligraphy and such. They could write to each other on paper now instead of the handkerchief which was washed each time. They exchanged important events and lessons to each other. MC had to work harder to immitate ML's handwriting and practice martial arts to not be left behind. At this point, MC realized that he couldn't do his 8-5 job anymore while studying to catch up with ML. He managed to get rich and build an empire as a jade merchant. During this time, he also acquainted with GongYi Bo on a martial art forum online and started their 10-year friendship.
One day, MC got caught saving some cat from the bullied children. Cheap dad thought his son was too soft and made ML kill the stepmom and her lover. Cheap dad made him kill a few more people and he dealed with them swiftly without mercy, asking the cheap dad to not make him do this at night because it would dirty his clothes. I think the cheap dad broke the promise which caused MC to resent him.
10 years time skip. ML pulled some trick and imprisoned the cheap dad without letting MC know and became the sect leader. ML took care of all the sect duties during day time but the paperwork was shared. MC usually did what he could before sleeping at midnight because ML's body needed rest.
The fluff and the yandere:
- ML always wore black and left out white clothes out for MC to wear.
- On MC's birthday, ML made a bowl of noodle and left it for him in the morning. People thought that the sect leader just made himself a bowl of noodle lol.
- When MC told ML about his mother who made him date do blind dates, ML wrote to him about all sort of sexual diseases and caused MC to be even less interested in dating.
- MC decided to set up a plan so that if the letter they wrote to each other included a date, it meant they were in danger
- When MC found out that his ex-girlfriend dumped him because his family was poor, he told ML, "I want to hug you". Every birthday, MC cooked for ML and made breakfast before he went to bed.
MC realized that the reason his ex broke up with him was because his family was ordinary. MC was depressed and wrote to ML that he wanted to hug him. ML wrote back asking how. MC said since this body was yours, I would just hug myself. ML wrote back that it didn't count and said that he owed him a hug. There was also this scene during childhood (which was only told via the writing, I think). ML got hurt and MC said he would kiss/blow it to make it better. So MC also owed ML a kiss lol.
- MC had a maid servant who gave him very good shoulder massage. ML found out and broke the girl's hand and sent her away. Then he replaced all the maid servants with very ugly looking ones.
- ML had a secret room full with painting of MC that had no face. He also kept all of their conversations in a box in the same room.
- In the modern world, MC got robbed once when he was sleeping and his thigh got stabbed. ML woke up and found that the sky was still dark and people told him he fainted. He was worried for a day, waiting for MC to come back and didn't do any paperwork. When MC came back the next day and saw all the pile of work, he was mad and accused ML of bad work ethics.
- When the servant girl Bisui knew there were two of them and ran away, ML caught up to her and forced her to take some medicine which took away her voice.
- ML bought some wedding/couple pillow for MC who told him it was so hard. ML then added some cushions/paddings.
- MC learnt how to draw himself and painted a picture for ML. ML put it in his secret room.
- One day, MC got attacked by assasins and while he wasn't injured, ML was worried. He tightened the security and made MC drink gingsen soup (?) for a few days. MC found out that it had some extra effect on the lower body. He tried to sleep without doing anything because he was a bit weirded out by a body that wasn't his but eventually jerked off and cleaned up before sleeping. ML, the innocent virgin, sensed the smell, found some traces and figured it out lol. ML tried to make MC drink more soup but MC refused to touch it. ML started having other thoughts about MC and drew some pervert picture of them.
- During one mid-autumn festival, ML ate half of the moon cake and left half for the MC. MC was in grief because he didn't think that they would be so poor to have two people sharing the same cake.

Of course, this came back to bite him later on because the guard didn't die and turned yandere. He hated ML but loved MC.

- The MC university friend who asked out the MC on their last day of college but MC rejected him and ran away. Met again ten years later. Ending: Could not get the MC so invited the MC for a drink. Obviously the drink was the type of drink that made people want to have sex. As he was about to go on undressing the MC, ML and the MC friend from the internet intrude into the room. ML beat up the uni friend and took the MC away. With this, the uni friend knew that it was over.ML thought about getting revenge (meaning kill him) afterward, but the MC prevented him by taking him back to where the MC live which is in another cityI kinda feel bad for this uni friend/bastard, reasons:After getting rejected in college, he thought that he would no longer feel anything for the MC but after seeing the MC again, after ten years, he still liked the MCIn the class reunion he was the only one that stood up for the MC when the MC was being mock for being poor (nobody knew that then MC is super wealthy)Yeah, this was bad timing for both of them. After meeting again after ten years, the uni friend waited for the MC to call him, checking his phone everyday. When the MC did call, it was during the middle of the uni friend having sex with another guy . Because the uni friend got arose after talking with the MC while his penis is still inside the other guy and the other guy seducing him, he made it so that the other guy could not get up the next day. (I feel that the uni friend was unfaithful but guys are guys, they have to vent their sexual desire somewhere. But instead the MC told him that he would try to be with him but his parents are old now and they want a grandchild, so he asked the uni friend to find happiness with someone else. Pretty much after he said this, in the elavator the ML forced a kiss on the MC and the uni friend saw this because he went after the MC not wanting to give up. He was probably confuse, angered, and felt betrayed because the MC just said that he had no intention of being with a male who can not give birth to grandchild, then he saw this.... (Once again bad timing!) The next day he asked why did the MC lie to reject him? And asked how is the ML better than him? MC thought to go through with the lie that he is currently dating the ML MC thought that the uni friend was better than the ML in personality, and other things (just not looks ). So he said that because the ML is younger (just know that then MC at this time is still not going out with the ML but instead on guard with the ML because he found out about his yandere tendencies of killing all those that get close to the MC), then this is how we come to the end of the uni friend giving the MC a spring drink, then getting beat up by the ML, and ending their relationship. Now they are just strangers.MC ten year internet friend once asked the MC if he wanted them to see each other face to face once but the MC rejected and they never talk about this topic again. Ending: He got married to another woman. (Not going to go into detail that much, feel tired)MC internet friend younger brother, who was once the MC bodyguard after what happened with the theft hurting the MC, forcing him to wake up while he was still in the middle of pretending to be the ML. Ending: He also got married, but the day before that he stay outside the MC villa the whole night hoping to see the MC once or for the MC to invite him in. But yeah.. the ML prevented that (at this time the MC and ML having been together for many years now)MC/ML shadow guard that got threw off the cliff and still alive after that. Ending: Became the ML dad shadow guard. The dad kept him alive probably because he was loyal (to the MC) and he knew that the MC and ML is concern/care about him.After finding out that the dangerous threat was him that the ML was referring to was, he asked him what he wanted after being captured again, after being blinded. The shadow guard honesty told him that he just wanted to serve the MC for life (this is what he sincerely wanted), but obviously the MC would not believe it. But the MC end up seeing how the shadow guard protected the ML (because they share the same body, the shadow guard only for care for the MC) even after being beat up by the ML dad, he dragged his broken body to protect the ML. So now he believes that the shadow guard words at that time was the truth.Even after being locked up by the ML dad (no, he did not get torture, thankfully) he only repeated the MC name again and again that he got from the ML. Reason was because they were blind, to converse, the MC told the shadow guard a lie there where two of them, when the shadow thought he knew the truth after reading exchange letter between the MC and ML. The ML relented because he wanted to communicate with the MC even after going blind.
