lol, I guess the majority of people here can't accept death as an acceptable outcome of people for a character in the series. that's just sad. sure enough it does suck that she's going to die (from that noob dagger that PIERCED HER HEART), but it just means the mangaka did an exceptional job building her up and making her absolutely likable that the readers did NOT want her to die; That in itself is a redeeming point. I have a strong feeling the next chapter is dediated towards a flashback of how she and Chiho first met and such, just like it did in the anime, along with the whole "Sahashi, please protect Chiho."
The only thing that really cracks me up is how everyone is like when this part of the manga was adapted in the anime, everyone was like, "THIS SUCKS! IT DOESNT FOLLOW THE MANGA! ITS DIFFERENT! WAAA QQ" so, now that this chapter is out, only one thing needs to be said: "WHERE IS YOUR GOD NOW?!" ROFL
