No. She's the original FL's stepsister, like Cinderella.
From what I know, the novel she woke up in is bad since the orFL was more like the villain, the stepmother never did anything to her, she feeded her, dress her but she didn't give her parent's love since she was the daughter of the noble woman who married the man she loved (orFL's father was a duke and MC's mother was a commoner).
In the original story, the orFL had her stepmother and 2 stepsisters hanged without proving that they poisoned her. She became the empress after dragging the ML (emperor) and did smut stuf with him, somehow he fell for her and did everything to make happy. 

This seems interesting, any spoilers? 

Well that's, something. So we know for sure that the OG FL is bad, not some change or something. How refreshing 

So does this mean she is the emperor's step sister? Hope to read more spoilers before reading the novel.
