This originated as a novel, but I'm not sure if it's finished or not. The reviews on JP Amazon talk about how it has an open ending, but the novel itself doesn't seem to have been updated past November 2021.
The first two chapters of the manga progress like this:
FL is reborn into the body of a spoiled villainess from an otome game. She's one of three candidates for the throne, but it's obvious who the favored candidate is from the three. FC seems to be a pretty decent guy and takes things seriously. FL decides to try taking things more seriously herself to avoid a bad ending, but has no plans on ascending to the throne. FC doesn't date her that seriously, nor does anyone else. Looking at the covers for the other volume of the manga, it does seem like the FC is probably the ML. He's also her cousin.
