Berserk Chapter 343 Discussion

From the way things are going at the moment, I have a feeling that the mages will overpower the party and imprison then. They will either escape, or convince them to let them go.

Either way, they will be stuck there for a while, and several years will end up passing outside the island while they are.

This. That Wicker Man was just an irrelevant boss monster and filler fight. Whoop, Guts kills it with one shot and one strike. Predictable.



None of the battles since the end of the Tower of Conviction arc have been been worth going over in detail. Not one fight since then has been as tense as the first battle against Zodd, Griffith's rescue, or Mozgus and his minions.

The fight scenes in general really are getting repetitive, aren't they?

But I don't agree that there weren't any good fight scenes since.

Guts' second battle with Zodd and Serpico, the fight against Daiba (I loved it when Guts gave physics the middle finger and cut a tornado, and it's the only major fight where teamwork was involved), and Rickert and the Bakiraka vs Raksas were all epic fights imo.

Edit: Oh yeah, Serpico vs the Kelpie was also pretty cool.

Damn that was awesome, great to see everybody in action, especially Guts and the little witch who's with them. The other witches look cool too.



But FUCK a hiatus until summer, Miura onegai.

And here i go catching up the 4 chapter i had too learn there is another hiatus, to this point i don't think Berserk will ever be finished.....
