As much as I hate to admit it, I guess that having the Apostles around to fight off the Ganishka Juniors along with the Midland Army and the human side of the Hawk was needed for every innocent person that was rescued from a fate worse than death by the Kushans to survive. Griffith is willing to do everything it takes just to be a king and that also includes protecting his people. While the original Band of the Hawk offered their lives to Griffith the moment they pledged allegiance to his cause, raping Casca in front of Guts out of spite for the events that began at the Windham Palace Fountain with Charlotte was the most unnecessary and bastardous act he's ever done so I'm very conflicted on whether to like him somewhat or continue to absolutely abhor him.
Sonia managed to prevent chaos among the humans under Griffith but forced Irvine to rely on his Apostle form in the process. It'd be great if everyone did snap out of the praise and adoration for the White Hawk but that'd mean that everyone's gonna get chopped up and eaten left and right and it doesn't have to end that way too.
