[Assassin (1) Volume 6 Pg. 30-51] (Chapter 23)

I kind of understand what Gatts was saying. He didn't feel like wasting his time doing nothing.

And *gasp* Griffith was shot :(

Alright the scene of Guts wanting to fight for Griffith wasn't as grand as I remember it, perhaps because of my pace reading this.

Great chapter and it screamed that it is well written!

The King and his guard appear. The King seems to like Griffith and has high hopes for him! While is brother Count Julius has a disliking towards Griffith, Guts and commoners in general...

Charlotte also makes her first appearance! She looks cute and our boy Griffith already has an eye for her!

Minister Foss meets Julius and talks him into backstabbing Griffith at this years autumn hunt! The politics are starting to get going and I love it! Disgusting people!

Guts lays at the roof top and stares into the full moon like he did when he escaped! This time he is captured by Griffiths words and swears to fight for him no matter what!

Foss and his winking was annoying. Count Julius and the nobles in general are self-entitled pansies too.

Charlotte looked cute hahah Guts almost falling off from the edge was movie-only too I see~

They want to kill him during the hunt, lame nobles.

Everything about this chapter just screams well written, great development on Guts.

Some serious manipulation is going on! Their fears that Griffiths talents will usurp their authority has lead to an assassination plot! I wonder what will happen!
