Excellent episode omg. Idk how Urasawa always manages to introduce some sort of "short-stories" between his large-running series. He does that excellently, i really admire that facet of him. And more being always so emotional like this one...

I'm pretty sure vaccines have highly spesific preservation requirement. Definitely not something you can just put in your pocket and hand from people-to-people
