Hajime no Ippo Chapter 1377 Discussion

Coach hearing the sound of Ippo's punching makes him happy. Taka's hand is twitching from taking Ippo's beatings, meanwhile Wally & Volg are beefing in the gym lul

Takamura and Ippo continue their race and end up at a small shrine where Takamura proceeds to eats the offering to the gods. Ippo says doing so will get him smote by the gods, but Takamura brushes it off.



Having gone back at the gym, Ippo and Takamura spar for a while before Takamura reaps the karma for eating the offerings.



The highlight of the chapter, other than Takamura learning things the hard way on the toilet, was the coach mimicking catching all the punches.



It also seems that Takamura was impressed by Ippo's blows.
