Coach stopped Ippo just when he was about to say 'if I was to return back in the ring'... Takamura's having one last middle-weight defense? Let's go!!

well ippo is for sure coming back and its getting closer but at the same time i feel like its not gonna happen till his hair grows all the way back lol just have a feeling thats gonna be the case



but least till that happens we'll be getting a lot of story with all the other characters  



but still im looking forward to ippo coming back

Why is the old man so angry?

Getting closer to that "return."

Ippo now is getting worked up from his defeat instead of ignoring and getting over it is a sign that he "might" be coming back.

I do hope so though.



From HAWK, EAGLE, MOUSE, DUCK, and BISON... now Takamura's fighting a GOAT. :v

I wonder what kind of "animal" will he fight next.

Also, I like how his name was Michael which is pretty much either Michael Jordan or Mike Tyson who were "GOATs" in their respective sport.



So Takamura is going up to Supermiddleweight huh.

From what I remembered from the chapters that I've read long time ago, there were two undefeated suppermiddleweights who fought each other (but their names were unknown) when Coach Kamogawa was reading a boxing magazine and mentioned how fierce the competition there.

Never thought I would see this day. I mean, when he fought Eagle for the middle weight title, that was around 2001, lmao. But if Morikawa-sensei keeps this pace, then Takamurs won't have conquered the six classes before 2070. Jokes aside, it's really crazy and I would like to talk with a person who's reading this manga since it came out.



And regarding Ippo, I just want him to make his comeback so badly, but Kamogawa is still hesitating.

                        Finally, Takamura's gonna move up.  It's only been like 500+ chapters of him fighting randos.

Ippo not being able to come back really hurt to see.  Hopefully he can get motivated somehow or other for training other boxers.
