The last chapter was better, but this wasn't bad.



Nothing really happened, but hey, more Zashiki and Ame Warishi's always nice. ;P

I'm kinda hoping the pace picks back up sooner or later but as long as CLAMP doesn't drop it, I'm fine with whatever.



The pages where Watanuki was making the wine looked really pretty too. Shame they couldn't have made them into color pages instead.

I can't help but feel a bit disappointed with the chapter due to the fact that there really was nothing here other than a couple minor cameos and a big lesson about holidays within the Lunar Calendar.  For the lack of any plot or story, this might as well have been a PSA ('well, kids.  now you know ..., and knowing is half the battle').



You'd think with the extra pages allowed from a monthly publication, there'd be of more substance to this.

I think a 'slice-of-life' tag is in need if the pace keeps up like it has been.

I liked the atmosphere of this chapter but, like everyone else, I can't help but wonder where the manga is going from here.

Oh... I liked it... I dunno you guys are winning so much for Yuuko... seriously we already know that she's gone... Gone for sure, which I don't like to admit, but dudes she's gone and won't come back... I won't say for sure since, well she's Yuuko and will somehow make an appearance just once again one of these days! Plus... think about it... hasn't xXxHOLiC been about this kind of things? CLAMP just had a few panels to do it so before, but we have to realise that since they have the double pages to use, they really take advantage of that and use them for this kind of things... Thankfully they have that much pages... plus we had 2 pages and a double spread of color pp... So... I like that



Besides that I love the mysteriousness, and that hazy veil of uncertainty this manga keeps... Isn't it cool that it still keeps the same feel after all this time... We don't know what's really happening, and yet stuff happens... I'm more worried over HOW come Watanuki became stronger, and since when, than the current flow of events... In fact I'm surprised that Watanuki still considers everyone else... and makes all this stuff for the other ones... He's still the caring, loving and helpful person as always... Just more powerful and tied up to the Shop... which's quite sad... Oh gawd... I wanna know wha happens next!

^That's because quite simply nothing happened. Again.

I can't actually recall something of importance in the past 10 chapters or so.

And now we all know how to make wine. :p

What are these pointless chapters going anyways? It's like back in volume 1. I am not too fond of these meangingless chapters.

Jeez...I'm getting obsessed! o.O I need to read more, but the next chahper is still raw T.T



Now ontopic...I think it's not that bad not mentioning Yuuko for a while...I mean...well yeah it's the plotline, but you know if they rush things they'll screw everything and nothing good'll come out of it ;p Besides you know...she can't disappear in one chap and reapper in the next one or so -_-

Besides.... *drools* I'd rather see more of the 'new' stronger Watanuki ^^ (Watanuki is just sooooo great! I love him ever since I first saw him ^^ teehee ).
