XXXHOLiC Chapter 162 Discussion

A nice, relaxing chapter. Yeah, not much happened, but I thought it was nice to see Watanuki's growth. The cooking wish seems simple enough now, but you know it'll end up meaning more than what it appears.

Fair chapter; nice and calming.  Seeing Haruka is always nice. :)

well this was certainly a short chapter... I hope they decide to move the story forward soon since that seems to be the hot topic of this chapter

                lol, that was certainly not the kind of wish i was expecting. i wonder if there is any deep meaning to it.

It's refreshing to see a normal person once in a while, and It was not a waste of chapter, since we can see a more confident Watanuki not surprised anymore by the supernatural (like Haruka's appearances). Looking forward to se what choice is he talking about.

It felt like a waste of a chapter to me..as i look forward to more tsubasa, xxxholic has slowed down.

Nice seeing Haruka again, though his words confuse me.

I wonder how cooking can be supernatural though... unless all her cooking comes to life! xP  Attack of the monster onigiri!!!!!!!! xD



Interesting that we've moved back to the wishes.  I am wondering what Clamp is planning on telling us this time...  Haruka's words are always so interesting though.  Was he really talking about Yuuko, like Watanuki assumed??  Maybe he was talking about his adorable grandson xDD

LOL @ cooking... as soon as she said it I knew Yuuko will make Watanuki teach her. Which will probably lead to something cool and supernatural...

Cooking?!?  Like Watanuki, I thought her wish would be more otherworldly or grandiose, but to have a mundane wish like cooking... I reckon and hope that this wish is more than meets the eye and that this "connection" that Watanuki makes would be an interesting one.



I like the dream sequence with Haruka, he always have something interesting to say and I'm wondering what would happen next and how Watanuki would respond to his question.  It's nice to see some growth to Watanuki and I'm wondering where this path of his is going...
