I think Goemon is saying that stuff on purpose to push the indecisive Hanzou, it really is kind however... I feel bad for him since he appears to genuinely love Usagi. Aside from that props to Hanzou for being able to keep rather composed why tightly embracing a naked Usagi... I guess.
