Ever heard of psychological warfare? Ichigo was not a "plan" - even Aizen simply took use of the coincidences that piled up. Bach is edging him on, both from his own delusion and to push him to fight him. And it fits YHWH who believes himself to be god, to think that all quincies exist for his sake. Unlike Aizen who used it purely to demoralize Ichigo, Bach genuinely believes what he is saying. More like you are missing the point of this development, you may hate the idea of Ichigo is a hibryd being that is part of everyone plan but that is the truth and the point of his character.
it's pretty clear that Kubo want to make Ichigo into some tragedy heroes that his whole life is controlled by everyone and he don't even know what he actually is.
Aizen did knew what is Ichigo right after his birth and control his whole life, it's not mere coiincidence since Aizen himself clearly stated that he is the one that arrange all the event, Ywhach is no different when it comes to controlling Ichigo because it's revealed that he had a major role in Ichigo birth, unless stated otherwise later.
So yeah, hate it or love it, Ichigo existence is part of everyone plans.
