Yhwach saw the past Ichigo who only had 1 sword, not the current Ichigo with 2 :O

Orihime might have something to do with quincies too with ther hair pins being the same 6 pointed shape as the elite quincies.

Yhwach can distribute pieces of his soul to others, he was going by zangetsu in Ichigo's soul but as he cam  to know Ichigo he changed.

The relationship with the current yhwach is yet to be explained.

People are clowning but Orihime's been just as if not more useful than Chad. You guys aren't ready for that convo though and let's not get started with Rukia whos bankai has made people forget how generally useless she's been

I was actually just joking but I called it, there were really other two transformations to go.. I’d never would have guessed Orihime would take directly part at the final battle.
