Okay...we all see Kira...but am I the only one wondering where Byakuya has been for the past dozen chapters?! Like...wtf?

This doesn't fucking matter, like even less so than usual. There is literally zero reason for this to happen because Owl has been defeated he can no longer impede the progress of the heroes and he can't actually effect the plot down in the ghost zone. So this fight is completely irrelevant there is a 0% chance it can effect anything. It even looks like we're moving to Thor's fight next week so it's not even like Kira vs Owl will be padding. This is ridiculous I don't understand why it is happening at all, it serves absolutely no purpose. Just why?

Aizen panel, 10/10 chapter Kubo

I think it's pretty obvious by now that characters don't die in Bleach. No Yamamoto is no dead, stop being delusional.

That Miracle quincy is funky.

Damn just seeing Aizen sit there brings the hype back, you already know shit is never simple when Aizen is involved.



Got pretty surprised at Kira's random comeback.



The ending was nice too, haven't seen Byakuya and Renji go in in a while.

So Shunsei wins, but is out of the battle, which what I expected. But this opponent lost his god powers but was still alive barely.



When Aizen said what is he doing here, am I the only one who thought maybe just maybe Gin is here. I thought Kubo was going to bring back Gin for a moment, but I was close, it was his Lt. Kira, I forgot about him. So what is he half dead, a zombie? Whatever he is, I am pretty sure Mayuri has something to do with it.



And now we got the Renji fight, yeah. Anyway a good transition chapter, I was surprised that Kubo remembered Kira.

I didn't even remember how or when Kira "died". The single panel with Aizen was the best part of this chapter. I was hoping he would be the one to butcher the bird because he somehow got freed in the commotion. (The last bit might still be true).



Also it says quite a lot about Bleach that I went through this chapter without even noticing that I hadn't read last weeks chapter. Didn't feel like I missed something at all.

Renji will use another ability of Bankai that haven't showed yet on the next chapter.
