Bleach Chapter 591 Discussion

Damn...death has become the norm now huh?

Didn't enjoy the chapter too much till close to the ending. Toshiro's a zombie!? Crazy ending! It was a huge surprise. Bleach has been better in recent chapters.

All the Hitsugaya fangirls are crying right now.

Shinigami do not NEED to be dead...that doesn't mean they CAN'T be dead. As I mentioned before, all of the living shinigami affected by Giselle's blood have retained their normal appearance and skin tone. Hitsugaya has the same darkened skin color as the only dead zombie we have seen this far.

Because Ulquiorra was enemy and he must be used to show how fearful Ichigo's hollow was.



I won't take it until i see the prove that Toushiro is dead



Kubo failed to kill Byakuya even after that last words is enough prove.

Kubo is maxing out the Thriller level again.



This is, to me, almost as crazy as what had happened to Yamamoto. Had to stare and see if what I was seeing was real. The skin confused me for a moment.

Toshiro is not dead because only quincy have to die to be zombified, shinigami just need to get splashed by blood from Giselle herself.

He was bleeding out with Matsumoto on the battlefield from his fight with Cang Du. I guess help never came in time. Finally! An accurate description of war in a Shounen! People actually fucking dying like they're supposed to!(Yamamoto and his VC, Unohana, Rose and Kensei, Toushirou...) Props to Kubo!



Edit: More specifically....



I guess his zombification was foreshadowed around 37 chapters ago. I initially thought it was his blood, but in retrospect it's too far away from his body. That's Giselle's shadow!
