There's something VERY wrong with Ichigo.



Grand Fisher said "Ichigo is a being of true blood", Aizen knew about Ichigo since his birth, Ukitake and Shunsui talked about Ichigo as if having observed him for a long time.



In addiition to that, Ichigo looks like Kaien, which was also implied to be not just art-shortcoming, but actual plot-point for this story arc.

Exactly. Instead of deepening the characters and the plot, he just piles up new people, random stories and techniques. Ichigo having quincy powers is the most retarded thing Kubo has done.

Except that most of stuff that happened has been foreshadowed before.



I guess when Aizen and Ichigo start double-teaming Bach, people will whine yet again about "asspull"....despite that being foreshadowed since start of fullbring arc.

We are talking about Ichigo who figured out how to do shunpo, BEFORE he even knew such thing existed (when fighting about Inoue's brother).  



Ichigo who mastered fullbring tech without even trying.



Ichigo who is consistently at the top of his class in terms of grades, despite well, not being in school much.



Ichigo who can very well analyze his opponents and has been shown to be capable of learning things

very fast.



Ichigo who used a lot of strategizing against Kirge, artificially drawing out the fight to find new stuff about Kirge's techniques.



What you are talking is wisdom, not intelligence. Ichigo is not always wise. But he is always intelligent.  That intelligence can be clouded by emotions sometimes, but a clear-headed Ichigo is the most dangerous thing in Bleach after Aizen and Urahara.

Interesting chapter and Ichigo powers up.

Ichigo mom could be Quincy. Isshin used Final Getsuga when Masaki used the Glove skill and both lost power. They lost the outer layer of their power but Ichigo inherited the source of it.



We will probably learn about it in next few chapters but I think Ichigo in his rage used Fulbring on his blood or maybe the same fullbring absorbed Opies ability from reishi in the jail thing.



So for now im gonna think that Masaki was a Quincy that gave up her power with the Glove that Ishida used. Maybe Isshin had to fight her. I want to think that Masaki could be of level nearing Bach so that FGT would have effect on her but not lethal and that she had to use the glove to deflect it.

Humans that manipulate spirit energy and use the bow generating crosses are called quincies. Any human that can manipulate spirit energy should be able to copy the same skills as a quincy. Ichigo, Chad, and Inoue all manipulate spirit energy. Ichigo has gone beyond manipulating spirit energy when he learned fullbring too by now manipulating physical objects... but he's not smart enough to realize that...



Let's face it though... First he was a human with spirit energy, then he acquired the Shinigami class, then the Hollow class, ranked up to Vaizard, become the final-getsuga, learned fullbring.... it was only a matter of time before he picked up the quincy class.. and look, a quincy arc. PERFECT timing....



Besides, this blut vene is no different from the arrancar hierro except that hierro is permanent and the blut vene can be turned off so it's inferior to ichigo's hollow mode... xD

Yet another quick chapter. Ichigo looked so badass in those few panels. Hmm 'blut vene' eh? Wonder what that is about.



EDIT: Oh wow, Blut Vene is a quincy technique? Help from Ishiida perhaps? :D

Oh, so he borrows more powers from other people. Yes, I wanted to see Ichigo welding Quincy abilities. It was always been my dream!



What an empty and shitty chapter. Kubo is such a dumbass when he can't realize that inserting ''certain'' characters and let some ''others'' fight would make it more enjoyable.

He is 1/2 Human, 1/2 Shinigami, who then became 1/3 Human, 1/3 Hollow and 1/3 Shinigami and then through jinzen became 1/1 perfect_hybrid/something_new.



Shinigami Arts, Vaizard,  Quincy and Fullbring are teachings not races(ala Jedi and Sith) Vaizard and Fullbring "teachings" require hollow-influence in your powers, while any spiritually aware spirit can become shinigami and any spiritually aware human can become quincy.

bleach is getting too predictable and takes one chapter to do something most mangaka can do in a few pages or less :/

No, he actually meant Ishida is literally a Genius like Einstein. Ishida's intelligence could quite possibly rival that of Urahara's. That's why Kurotsuchi said "For one so young to be able to use this technique, you are a Genius". There's a reason why he is also the number one student in a Japanese school, has completely mastered Reishi as a 17 year old kid, and arguably his two biggest fights in Bleach were against two other Genius/Mad Scientists. That's because he Really Is a Genius.



You've got a point there. He took down a captain using his power. I'm really looking forward to a powered up Ishida. I really, really hope he wasn't hiding his abilities for sinister reasons. I can't get the 'final arc' cover out of my head. It's supposed to be bach at the centre, but it might be ishida, judging from how slim the front figure is. We know the one to the left is Haschwald...
