Bleach Chapter 506 Discussion

WIN chapter.

Would it not be possible that "Juha Bach" is actually a son of Yamaji(who took up Quincy teachings) and somehow related to Kurosaki bloodline? That sword was certainly similar to the one Ichigo has.

Anyway, here's a guess: Quincies get beaten back and defeated - cue Royal Guards deciding SS is not up to the job anymore and Ichigo having to go against Royal guards and soul king.

i don't get it just how big a gap in power is there between Yamamoto and the other captains, he just one-shoted the guy that destroyed Byakuya.

Are you kidding? Yamamoto is the strongest shinigami who has ever lived, not only is he physically the strongest (he killed Wonderweiss with his bare FISTS), he also has Ryuujin Jakka, the most powerful zanpakutou in SS and you are wondering how he could easily kill some maggots?

This^

Yamaji is just below Ichigo and above everyone else. I thought this was obvious?

Damn Kubo, you certainly didn't waste any effort drawing Yamamoto's bankai! Just a plain, drab sword with some crosshatching and some smoke fluttering in the air! By the way, do you guys remember the times when releasing a bankai was actually worth an "holy shit"?

Because I do. Oh, I certainly do.because Ichigo's is oh so awesome-looking and special?

Because at least when Kubo had to draw his bankai he actually put some effort. This time he went full "The heart". Yamamoto's bankai looks so unimpressive and weak that, if I didn't know anything about Bleach, I'd say that the guy with a giant bamboo snake looks way more threatening than the other with a burnt piece of iron for a sword.

and now imagine that this "plain, drab sword with some crosshatching and some smoke fluttering in the air" has more power that all bankai's you showed us.

^

This.

It fucking fits Yamamoto's character.

Yamaji is not a show off. He is VERY straight-to-the-point person, so his sword most likely is same way - no bullshit, no fireworks, just plain power and usefulness.

OH MY GAWWWDDD.

Literally jizzed all over this chapter. He destroys the 3 guys coming at him in an instant and then goes Bankai. The crazy thing is though that all his flames vanished? I'm starting to wonder if him and Ichigo have similar bankais where their powers kind of condense into the sword or something along those lines.

I would not be surprised on if Yamamoto is somehow related to Ichigo, lol. That or Bach himself, who seems to be the only quincy fighting with a sword.

The strongest bankai. Now that is something. Don't you dare troll us again and not show it to us like last time Kubo.

It makes you wonder why Yamamoto seemed to take a step back during all the other conflicts if he's this powerful.

He wasn't needed in any other battles. The only time he was needed was against Aizen and he didn't take a step back there. He stood against him but got owned by Aizen little tricks despite actually being more powerful in pure power.
