I don't really think his blade is done transforming as I'm thinking it will first absorb all the flames or whatever the hell it's doing atm and then reveal its true form since Ryujin Jakka is prob a phoenix and the flames vanishing might be a sign of 'rebirth'.
Kubo prob saved that part for the next chapter since he's prob gonna write an entire chapter on how awesome his bankai is.
Also why are some of you surprised that Bach drew a sword?
The guy's obviously a shinigami who learned the quincy teachings as no quincy can survive for thousands and thousands of years.
Yamamoto's death is approaching faster than I thought....I guess after Ichigo comes back to SS, squad 0 will be there to greet him.
