Only reason I stick with Bleach is because I love Toushiro, and Rukia and the others' personalities are just cool. :)

Please, give me some cool fight... please!! (That time guy...that was ridiculous...the guy was already ridiculous as a character...)



Oh, 3/5 because there's Byakuya and because I'm nice.

Setup chapter. Next week should be pretty decent. Byakya fights are always entertaining. I'm kinda torn between tsukishima and byakuya. Don't want to see either of them go down but the odds are greatly against tsukishima.

errr...wait what? quoting shonen genre industry cliches now makes one "take potshots at fairy tail"? Did not know that :)



Yukio basically asked Hitsugaya on if Hitsugaya would try more if yukio started doing the villain cliches like kidnapping his love interest or threatening helpless females - theme VERY frequent in shonen, genre, something kubo already used twice.

I might just be me, but the way how the arc changed as soon as the Shinigami appeared felt very.... bad. I'm not sure, but I think that this change was a result of the fans criticism against this arc. If Kubo gave into the fans demand, I'm truly disappointed. It always lead to a far worse result to an arc. In fact, this is turns into another filler like arc.



As far as I'm concerned about the fights:



Kenpachi vs the Butler: "Fu*king Boring" (Thank god it ended in a second)



Ikkaku vs Jackpot guy: Not the slightest interesting



Hitsugaya vs Yukio (I think that was his name): Geez, why is Hitsugaya even here!?



Rukia vs Riruka: Not interesting, but quite amusing.



Byakuya vs Tsukishima: Not very pleased, and for some reason, I get the feeling that Tsukishima won't be killed by him.



Renji vs Jackie: Interesting. I mean, It's been a while since Renji kicked some ass.



Ichigo and Ishida vs Ginjo: I'm quite pleased that Ishida joined the fight instead of Ichigo fighting alone.



I really hope that it gets better later.

Well...it didn't suck but nothing happened really so I guess that it was OK?

This chapter yet again enforced my theory that SS is not telling the whole truth righ tnow about substitutes - we still have hte badge dialogue, we have the interruption in explanation and now we have Ishida's very ominous thoughts on another possibility being the case on why they never mentioned other substitutes.



This really intrigues me.



What do you mean theory? It's been painfully obvious this whole time that this was the cause.
