Hmm, a new card? Well looks like the pactio cards can differ afterall. But, I thought your pactio abilities are your latent ability and shouldn't differ, and this can be seen from Albeirro's cards, where they all look the same. Looks like it probably has to do with the feelings towards that person?



Next chapter we might see Negi go all berserk on this governor-general guy, he seems pretty pissed.

They never actually formed a pactio before, they just talked about it.

Maybe different people are able to draw/give out different kind of powers to/from the same person. If you think possible that some Magister are unable to draw/give any power for/from their patner, then that would also explain why Emily is so surprised every time someone shows a card.
