                        So Arima is seeing himself in the doctor? That is actually rather interesting, and ironic, seeing as how it is his girlfriend playing the part. Perhaps the second act will give some kind of answer to the doctor's pain that Arima can apply to himself. On the other hand it could be that the play ends in self-destruction, which definitely cannot be good for Arima, who seems so unstable these days.
