GetBackers Chapter 208 Discussion

                        I honestly thought the title of the chapter would be referring to Kabuto's true form, and I guess that may have been the attention. I do love the reveal that he's little just a beetle, warped by the amount of chakra gathered within him. The stuff with Shido's death was well-handled, I especially liked Ban's reaction.



I am glad death couldn't be avoided here, only transferred, and Amon dying is pretty fitting solution. He's definitely one of the most likable characters introduced this arc, if not the most likable, and his relationship with Emishi makes it carry weight. I really liked their goodbye scene, such an awful joke and such a perfect conclusion to their relationship.
