It was kind of a risk for Shido to approach Ban like that especially since the two made eye contact before Ban had used his Jagan on the mice, but still his plan worked and the set-up for Ban vs. Shido is in place. Meanwhile, Hishiki's return to the story makes some sense, Ginji needs a fight for this arc as well after all.
