After all it's too hard for Watsuki to have Kaoru or any female character save themselves or be of any use in the story - that would be asking waaaay too much

                        Man, Enishi is a downright bastard but he is an indirect creation of Kenshin's actions and this monster now has his sights on Kaoru...it would be to damn cruel if Kenshin loses her like he did Tomoe.
