This whole chapter made me go "wtf" >_>.
And lol, I don't really think it's BL. While he wasn't happy about it, Kanda was okay with losing Alma before and was about to go off an kill him again before he knew he was that woman, but now that he knows Alma is that woman, he can't bare to lose her to the point he runs away with her or whatever the heck happened there lol. So to me that makes it obvious that Kanda wasn't in love with Alma, but the woman's soul. I guess it can feel BL-ish because her soul is in a male's body now, but if anyone lost someone they loved and found them again, just in another sexes body, I'm sure most people would be happy enough to meet them again and wouldn't just say "fuck that" and walk away lol.
Either way, Kanda running away from everything for love doesn't set well with me. Sure, he deserves to be happy, but where did that awesome solider-like mentality go? Seriously, his sense of duty was something I really admired about his character, and was why I always liked his moral clashes with Allen. Now it seems like he was just passing the time till he found that woman, lolwut? I don't know if it'd make any sense, but I hope Kanda dragged Alma away so Alma could no longer be a threat. That would at least make him feel more in character, while also showing that he does have a heart.
