D.Gray-man Chapter 173 Discussion

Ya this arc does seem a bit strange. And ya I also noticed that the art changed a bit. They seem to keep on jumping. A little bit is revealed about cross and then back to the thief. Cant she stick to one topic?

Kinda expected G's ability to be something like that, but seeing it in action is pretty cool XD

                I'm not quite feeling this arc but i am interested in how they'll catch phantom.

So it's more interesting than the last chapter. The possessing ability is pretty nifty. Still interested with the Cross-related issues though lol.

An ok chapter, but i'am missing the action!

Btw, if the Phantom leaves a message, on when and what he/she's stealing, then why not relocate the object before it's stolen? lol well that's just an obvious thought right? :3

Probley thinking about what to do next. I remember was it 5-8 weeks ago they had a break from distrubiting the chapter because they had to "think" of new ideas. It helps with my option about this being a filler arc. Although, it could be that they are trying to reinforce that there is a new type of innocence like they were saying for Lenalee, or that they are evoloving so they dont have to do a random "my innocence just automatically evolved during a battle so I can defeat the noah" thing..



now it suddenly sounds like pokemon @_@

Anyway, new arc seems kind of strange, but we won't know till it is carried out a bit further.



As I said last chapter, I feel the art style to D.Gray Man has changed a bit - more gothic/dark like.  And I love it.
