Incredible, indeed. I can't believe is just one more chapter to go. Man, I bet it will be awesome >///<

it looks like al sacrifices himself to give ed his arm and leg back :) but poor al does this mean he's gone for good? :(

It was just his arm. God or whoever on the other end of the Gate still has Ed's leg, and Al's logic was to reciprocate Ed's payment for Al's soul by giving up his soul to give Ed back his arm. In other words, Ed's payment for Al's soul, from the beginning, was his arm, so if Al gave up his soul, then he can only pay for Ed's arm in return, not Ed's arm and leg.

great chapter  -  Epic even -

Its hard to believe after all this time .. only 1 chapter left

I simply cannot believe there is only 1 chapter left.  It could be 500 pages and I still would be sad.  But all good things must come to an end, and I can't wait to see what Arakawa has in store for us in the end.  Who does she let live?  Do Ed and Al regain their normal bodies?  Does Al even come back? Does Roy get back his eyesight?  How?  Too many possibilities.  She set herself up perfectly.  Before this chapter, I was thinking that Al would regain his body but Ed would still keep his automail limbs.  I'm still thinking the same thing...but given equivalent exchange, maybe Hohenheim might sacrifice himself to bring Al back.  But in 100+ pages...anything could happen.  Can't wait!

Amazing stuff!!  Let's bring this home Arakawa!  :D

I just read the chapter. I can't even think straight right now.

I'm not ready for FMA to end :( :( :( :( :(

I know, right?! Man...I can't believe it's going to end soon. But still, I bet the animated version of it will still be frickin epic :D

So much epic, I'm not sure what to do with myself.  I don't want FMA to end after all these years, but at the same time, I think I'm ready for whatever gets thrown at me.

All y'all ripping on the sins and how they "haven't lived up to their names," shut up.  It was the idea that Homunculus ejected his emotions and implanted them in the sins.  They exist so that he can be all cold and calculating and whatnot.  That they have personalities and desires at all is enough.

I think more than one more chapter would be better to end the series (I get the distinct feeling it's going to be rather abrupt with only chapter 108 left), but we'll see what Arakawa-sensei gives us.  I'm sure it'll be magical.
