12 chapters a year vs one week breaks and over 40 chapters a year?

I don't recall any title in "Weekly" Shonen Jump that run monthly. The most possible option is to move HxH to Jump SQ which run monthly and is aimed at ages 16-21 which I think the perfect audience for HxH borderline seinen territory.

Okay even if he went on a two year hiatus you would get more chapters if it was weekly than if it's monthly. Think about it.

Monthly would kill Hunter X Hunter. No more anime, and it would take an incredible long time to finish. No logic behind it.

This chapter... I loved everything about this chapter. Gon reacquainting with his simple life on Whale Island. Ging antagonizing Pariston. The fourth prince of Kakin giving his damnest Patrick Bateman impression. Beyond moving forawrd with his Keikaku dori.



I'm guessing the "special project" will probably be something anime-related, but it could also be a switch to monthly... which is something I would more than gladly take if it meant a more normalized release schedule.

Mito didn't ask how's Killua doing! But still 5/5.

Ging spending billions just to be No.2 in the organization reminds me of Kurama from Yuyu Hakusho. Some refuse to accept his money because it might be related to his Nen ability, just like Leol's rental pod ability. Also there are magical beast guides in the dark continent who will form a *contract* with the leader the organization, which would be Ging since Beyond is being arrested.



Also the whole setup of the Prince liking intellectual girls means that Kurapika will probably crossdress http://puu.sh/9JKow/baab23bc4f.jpg again. Kurapika probably has a nen ability that inflicts suffering far greater than death, that's how he made those 2 people submit to his demands. Gon returning back to normal before he met Wing is a good consequence of his extreme actions, guess he'll have to retrain his nen ability which is a good thing since he's been exposed to various different types of nen abilities.

This chapter was kind of slow going, mostly just exposition for what is forthcoming. I can't wait till they all go to this incredible continent. These last few chapters have been really excellent in quality. I can only wonder what the scale of the world building elements are going to be in regards to this arc and im waiting to see some more of this.
