I liked this chapter a lot more. I really dig the relationship Killua has with Alluka/Nanika and it looks like he really is going to stay with her. Hopefully this doesn't mean he will cease to be a featured player, he's arguably my favorite protagonist at this point. Though I suppose if *cough*Kurapika came back into the series*cough* I "may" get over it?

You only notice the drop in art quality because you're reading the first run of the chapters.  Togashi cleans up the art before the chapters are released as novels.  It's really rather impressive, actually.

This chapter was very focused, which I love, since the past few have been so split between the storylines.  But I don't really care what happend with Killua and Alluka.  Illumi's going to go and be a prick and there's not much that can be done about it.  Killua's probably not going to stick around Gon much longer, A) since he has Alluka to think about now and B) because of that instruction not to tell Gon that Killua was responsible for healing him.

As for the thoughts on the series ending soon: I can see where they're grounded but I really don't think we're that close to the end.  As I mentioned previously, the meeting between Ging and Gon was anticlimactic.  There has to be something more.  Ging will send Gon on a quest like he did Kaito.  Speaking of, they mentioned that Kaito might still be alive - there's your next arc.

And where the flipping floppy is Kurapika?!

The art got much worse in the chapter than it had been in previous ones during this arc.  Hopefully that rebounds.  Otherwise, great chapter and arc.  The Killua and Alluka/Nanika relationship really tugged at my heartstrings a bit.  :)

Can't wait to see where the story goes from here.

Apparently the author is actually sick for the past one week or two, which may explain for the drop in art quality, especially in last week's chapter.

At first I thought it would be logical for Killua to get rid of Nanika by telling it not to come back ever again and cause any further potential trouble, but seeing how Alluka reacts to Killua saying how if Killua promises to protect Alluka he needs to protect Nanika as well.

This somehow echos with how Killua reacts to Tsubone and Amene when they say they will protect Killua but with no mention of Alluka. I like how Killua apologises to Nanika after learning his own fault and trying to free himself from Illumi's grasp.

I loved this chapter.  I love the irony of Killua's character.  Coming from an assassin family, you'd think he'd be coldhearted and uncaring, but throughout the series, he's shown the complete opposite.  We saw this early on, not just with Gon, Leorio, and Kurapika, but with those like Canary.  Killua treated her very nicely...like an actual friend and not as just some servant.  The way he was with Alluka/Nanika was just so adorable and reemphasized that point. Somehow it feels like Togashi will end it soon. At least to me. Can't really say why, but everything seems like, it's winding up pretty fast.I kinda hope not, because we still don't know what the heck happened to Kurapika, why he wasn't around, and why he was unreachable for the Hunter Chairman election when Senritsu and the other guy who works with him (name escapes me) were.  They even visited Gon in the hospital.  I really wish Togashi would bring him back into the story.

Oh yes there's also the thing with Chrollo.  Did he manage to find a good Nen remover who actually removed the nen thing placed on him by Kurapika?  What about the other Spiders?  What's Killua's family going to do now that they see how Killua can actually get requests out of Alluka, especially Irumi?  How is Gon going to react if Killua takes Biscuit's words to heart and not return to Gon's side?  Is he going to stay by Alluka to make sure she's never used as a tool again?  What in the world is Hisoka up to?  Has he found Chrollo?  What's going on with Kaito now?  What is the chain on Kurapika's index finger for since he's never actually been shown using it?

There are just too many loose ends that need to be tied up.  Personally, as far as Gon's character goes, I just don't see what more Togashi can do with him, but I'm sure he'll surprise us.

So anyway, right now, I'm the most interested in Kurapika, as his absence from the series has been long overdo.  It was refreshing to see Leorio again.

Yeah there's obviously a lot of loose ends that need to be covered. The ending isn't that close in my opinion. I honestly think that HxH won't end until Gon is atleast 16-18.. lol

Of course there's still a storyline for Gon, Togashi isn't the type of person who writes about this one big theme and centers the characters around it. He writes it in a way that the characters interactions make up of whats coming next. That's why his chapters are quite hard to predict.

Gon still needs to meet Gyro which was foreshadowed, He still needs to introduce Killua to Ging, and also Ging and him still have things to talk about. So Gon isn't done yet.. lol

Killua is such a sweetheart. I hope they meet up with Gon soon.

heartwarming conclusion for the killua/alluka/nanika storyline even the illumi part was a little bit too easy.I agree, it was too easy. But if it means I don't have to see Illumi's face for a while, I'll gladly take it.

Killu is so sweet I wish all brothers treat their sisters like that <3

AAAA so Alluka and Nanika were two personalities. And here I thought the weird face of Nanika was some weird mode Alluka went into to grant wishes.

It's nice to see Nanika have expressions too :D.

But now that Killua is no longer under surveillance, what will he do? Never see Gon again to look after Alluka? O.o

its not over yet.....i think next arc its going  to be a scramble to see who can control either her or killua. the whole family now has to be wondering why killuah can make requests form her without any compensation. especially the parents. that butler seems suspicious too.

This was a good chapter. It showed Alluka's and Nanaki's feelings. It told us why Alluka has feelings for Killua because Kiillua treats her as an acutal person/sibling . The rest of the family thinks she is some sort of tool.

I think Killua hates commanding Nanaki what to do and Alluka gets offended when he orders her to do things. He's trying his best not to ever use her powers again.

I really want to see next weeks chapter!!
