Hunter X Hunter is really a "non-mainstream mainstream battle manga"! Such a genius, Togashi-sensei!

lol yeah, when reading Bakuman and hearing about a "non mainstream mainstream battle manga," I thought of Hunter x Hunter first. It's a shounen that has to do with fighting but unlike most shounen, it has intelligent and much more original stuff (not saying other shounen don't have originality). It has many other elements such as horror(a little), main characters who actually kill their opponents and a lot of blood. I think the reason why Hunter x Hunter does so well is because it stands out in comparison to other shounens. Maybe that's why they let Togashi take all the hiatuses he wants, they don't want to lose this precious masterpiece.

I wonder what Killua will have to give/exchange in return for Gon's life ... and i love Hisoka, i can never tell what he'll do next... as for the election, i hope Ging wins somehow...

----------------------------------------

This chapter was so f""ked up and creepy that it sends chills down my spine, especially the last page. Perfect for the Halloween! =)

I really love that panel where Hisoka was worried, "Yeah, that's not good." His face was epic. hahaha...

So, I guess, when Milluki wished something from Alluka...it's more likely that "cheap toy", as Illumi described; is the game Greed Island, right?

Love how Togashi combines two arc as one. Puts more pace in it. And you gotta love the skylines ^^ reminds me of Yorkshin.
