i was kind of struck by his father's reaction to this. given the last encounter, i did not think his father was the father figure type so as to say he was concerned about his well being. i thought that their entire family were a weak perish, strong survive type of family. maybe this goes to show the gravity of using this method.I don't think he's concerned about Killua's "well-being" per se, it's just that Killua's the family heir since everyone agrees he was born to be an assassin. Thus Killua's everyone's favourite child and the family (especially Illumi) have a creepy protectiveness when it comes to him.

in some ways shes the most powerful person on the planet but at the same time she is the weakest; it would be simple to kill her by saying `I wish you were dead'.

Not to mention any1 can kill her before she manages to get enough requests. The only way for her to be strong, is when somebody is patient enough to reject all her requests.

So it cant be effectively used as a weapon. Its more like... a ticking bomb of gold you should avoid. Which is why she is locked up I guess.

so Alluka is not a nen remover .. since killua went for her help I thought she would be

her power is quite fair, giving something and gaining something back.

Togashi  you are awesome .. this kind of chapters is why HxH my favorite of all Jump manga

Alluka is one of the most interesting characters in the whole series. Her power is typical Togashi, in that it feels very logical and follows rules that you will have to work around.

And the chapter did feel a bit like a Junji Ito-one shot. The face of the butler asking for the money did have a typical Ito-face.
