Hunter x Hunter Chapter 263 Discussion

What a fucking entrance. I got spoiled about Zeno showing up but I didn't know he would show up like that.

Omg! Zeno joined the battle! How much more epic can this get?!

I wonder if he's going to help Netero fighting against the King, or he's going to fight one of the Royal Guards.

Good stuff, the narration is in full effect from here on out and I think it adds quite a bit to the atmosphere here. Zeno and Netero make one hell of an entrance and I like the small part where only Killua notices Gon's "deepening and darkening eyes". Also, Pitou's face when he/she noticed the dragon.

I really wasnt expecting zeno and netero. I mean, zeno and silva i could see coming, but this was a surprise. Have to wonder where he's going with this, if they end up fighting cat man/girl (wtf is up with that by the way, it clearly appears to be female yet every time has been referred to as a he. =/ ) is that to say that gon's group didnt stand a chance against him/her to begin with? Who do they get to fight then? Hmmm... when will the action start -_-  Another interesting note about this episode, was he trying to experiment with a different storytelling style? not a single spoken word was said in the whole chapter.

That's the downside to having such short chapters...  You just don't get any information.  There's potential for many things to happen, but because there's so much going on, there's no way for each storyline to be covered in one chapter, which slows down a lot of the action.  Frustrating, indeed, and even more so because of the short period of return.



Does anyone know just what's going on after the 10-week return?  Back on hiatus for two friggin' years?  I love Togashi-sensei and all his work, but this is getting a bit ridiculous.

The more I read the manga, the more I come to think of how amazing Madhouse adapted the manga. So epic.

*Sigh* I really wish he would get to something though. Hunter X Hunter is back for only 7 more weeks apparently, I want something to happen.

Things are starting to get interesting again...i was over the grisly stuff...interested in seeing netero and zeno in action...and always love gon and killua action
