Hunter x Hunter Chapter 169 Discussion

Good set-up chapter mostly. My favorite moments had to do with Hisoka, both being "caught" lying & the aforementioned meet-up that's about to happen with Phinks.



As usual, my favorite specified slots named this chapters for those who aren't reading the volumes (I don't know if most scanalations include these) . . .


#73, Night Jade (A-15): A jewel "blessed" by the devil. When danger is about to befall its owner, it will deflect it to someone else.



#76, Roaming Ruby (B-30): The owner of this ruby will gain immense wealth, but will never be able to remain in the same place for more than a week.

It's interesting how we slowly see Gon fit Ging's description of Hunters

Ging really is the worst parent.

Yeah what was that about having a criminal trying to practically murder your son, the thing is if ging could see the future he wouldnt be that bad o a father but he couldnt have known that gon would be that good at surviving, if he hadent met biscuit, he probably would be dead by then
