Ouran High School Host Club Chapter 77 Discussion

Awww our favourite audacious hack still trying to make friends with 'Punshichi' and 'Yashiro', and lol at the overly powerful flower shower ^^;



Anyway love them playing detective!!  The build up through the chapter was great and eveyones shocked expression at the end (exception of 'just as planned' chairman!). We finally find out where all this was heading!!!!



Still depressing to see Haruhi/Tama-chan have 'no connection' at school though...

Kyouya's and Tamaki's father did something bad,i know that

Basically, Tamaki is only bound to the Suoh family since his mother's company is in debt. Tamaki's dad used a trick that will allow Tamaki's mother's company to make enormous profits, and thus freeing itself from the Suoh family's control. This means that Tamaki will no longer carry the burden of being a Suoh, and he can live peacefully with his mother. This will also be an attempt to drive out Tamaki's grandmother from the seat of president and Tamaki's dad will take over.



So basically Tamaki's dad is not evil. He's doing it both for himself, Tamaki as well as Tamaki's mother. Tamaki and his mum will be free, and he will get the seat of the president. However this conflicts with Tamaki's dream, which is a united family.

Thanks as well for the summary! I was kinda confused and thought it was something bad... I guess it's just the way the facial expressions were drawn in this chapter... they kinda had a mix between surprise/horror.
