                        I wonder what he means by "eaten" by the ring. o.o

Apparently Wolfina is like a local hero to the police for her involvement in bringing down criminal organizations. That's cool.

They try to arrest Gamma, but of course that wasn't going to happen. Instead, he scares them into revealing her home address. Gamma goes to her house, but is attacked by an assassin, who is dealt with quickly. Wolfina shows up as Gamma is picking up a picture frame that was knocked over. Looks like Wolfina has a younger brother (who is possibly dead?). Gamma asks her if she has any info on the ring that's supposably in town, but she gets mad and tells him to quit believing in child stories. She slaps the ring out of his hand and leaves. I wonder what Gamma meant about her being eaten by the ring?
